It is with our law firm’s great pleasure that Joseph A. Swartz joined Rights Protection Law Group, PLLC, as its Senior Trial Attorney.
Mr. Swartz is an accomplished trial attorney, having spent decades litigating cases in New England and around the country at the nationally known law firm of Swartz and Swartz, PC, where he served as a Senior Member and litigator specializing in the area of personal injury, including, but not limited to wrongful death, products liability, warranty law, dram shop law, liquor liability law, automobile-related law, general liability, premises liability, and nursing home negligence.
Mr. Swartz has represented hundreds of plaintiffs and their families, some of his efforts resulting in record-setting jury verdicts.
Mr. Swartz has been a frequently invited guest lecturer in his career, speaking to those in the legal profession and also civic groups around the United States and Canada regarding trial practice, defective products, and general consumer safety, and he has authored various legal treaties.
Mr. Swartz is an AV Peer-Review rated by Martindale–Hubbell (their highest ethical and professional rating), representing that his peers rank him at the top of his profession. He has also been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership in ABOTA is by invitation only and includes the top plaintiff and defense lawyers in the country. He is also a lifetime member of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and other national attorney groups, including the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Swartz has been named as a “Super Lawyer” by Boston Magazine, and by Law and Politics, in the area of Personal Injury. The honor of being named “Super Lawyer” is based upon peer recognition and professional achievement.
