Greg Klote is a founder and partner of his own law firm with his partner Joel Halvorsen, and also serves as Of Counsel for Rights Protection Law Group, PLLC.
Greg effectively fights for people who were injured through no fault of their own. He became a lawyer to help make a difference in the lives of those who have been wronged and mistreated.
Greg has worked on serious personal injury and consumer cases for his entire career. Greg focuses exclusively on representing clients injured in tractor-trailer accidents, car accidents, nursing home death/abuse, school bus accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, charter bus accidents and other traumatic events that cause serious injury or death. He also handles consumer protection matters for plaintiffs who have been wronged including claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
Greg takes great pride in helping people get the compensation they deserve. Greg uses his expertise and experience to get every client the best settlement possible and to fight for them every step of the way.

Greg and his wife met at the University of Missouri. They currently live in the St. Louis Metro area with their two kids. Greg enjoys playing golf and softball, traveling, and going to Mizzou games.
