
Christopher Brine, ESQ.

Christopher Brine is an attorney who founded and owns his own separate law firm, but also is Of Counsel for Rights Protection Law Group, PLLC. He represents consumers in all three major aspects of consumer debt law: debt defense, bankruptcy, and collection violation litigation.
Christopher is experienced in representing consumers in all facets of consumer debt litigation. He represents consumers who have been sued for a debt, and also represents consumers who have been harmed by illegal debt collection efforts pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act. He also represents consumers seeking to discharge unaffordable debts in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Christopher graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2010 and is currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Christopher is a current member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
